Shipping policy

1. Delivery

I only sell and send lampshades in the UK. On all orders I offer free delivery!
All UK orders are dispatched via tracked 48 hour services and should arrive with you within 2 working days from time of dispatch. I use Royal Mail and for lampshades 45cm diameter (and over) Parcelforce.

At this time I’m only shipping my lampshades to UK destinations. If you are outside the UK and interested in my products, please do get in touch and we can discuss shipping to your location. Please note: the recipient is responsible for any import duties and taxes required.

2. Lead Times

All handmade lampshade orders typically take 5-7 business days to be dispatched, however, during periods of high volume the lead time may increase. Information on our current lead time can be found at the top of our Home page, along with your order confirmation email, in times of higher demand. 

3. Returns

As I handcraft the lampshades to your specific order, I do ask that you be certain to measure very carefully before placing your order, to avoid mistakes. I do not keep these shades 'in stock', so please please do ask if you aren't certain how to measure.

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, I cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, I will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 3 days, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, I will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

I only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact me at zoecraftdesigns@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a 3 days whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

5. Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

·   Digital downloads

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
